CSR Policy

Epsilon actively contributes to the promotion of sustainable development. We rigorously consider the impacts of our actions and how they affect the economy, the environment and society.

Through this policy, we highlight our commitment to fulfilling our social responsibility in all aspects of our business.

The requirements of this policy apply to all internal and external Epsilon employees. However, it should be noted that its primary audience is those responsible for its implementation, in particular Epsilon’s internal employees.

This approach to social responsibility is based on the simultaneous achievement of our economic, social and environmental objectives:

  • Economic: To ensure the long-term viability of the company’s business while respecting ethical principles;
  • Social and societal: Improve the well-being, motivation and health of our employees and contribute to the economic and social development of our region;
  • Environment: Reduce or even eliminate our negative environmental impact.

With this in mind, we are committed to respecting our economic, social and environmental responsibilities.

  • Economic responsibilities:
  • Work in accordance with customer and stakeholder requirements;
  • Respect ethical and legal rules;
  • Ensuring that human and material resources are available to carry out all processes and achieve objectives;
  • Maintain and develop our management system by applying the requirements of all certifications;
  • Social and societal responsibilities:
  • Investing in the skills development and employability of our employees;
  • Improving the quality of life at work;
  • Helping our employees to achieve a balance between their professional and personal lives;
  • To scrupulously respect Epsilon’s social charter;
  • Supporting and participating in the economic, social and environmental development of our local area.

  • Environmental responsibilities:
  • Reduce and sort our waste for better recovery and recycling;
  • Minimise pollution and nuisance (noise, vibration, etc.) for our neighbours;
  • Implement energy-saving measures by encouraging changes in behaviour and the purchase of energy-efficient equipment;
  • Control our consumption of water, energy and raw materials;
  • Adopting measures to offset environmental impacts.

Various policies, internal procedures and charters have been drawn up and implemented to support this CSR policy. All of these are also applied in compliance with all the legal requirements to which we are subject and in the promotion of our fundamental values, such as Technicity, Responsiveness, Respect, Continuous Improvement and Sustainable Development.

Managers are responsible for communicating the requirements of this policy to all employees and interested parties. Managers are also responsible for involving their staff in the effective implementation of this policy. Management, for its part, is responsible for providing the means and resources needed to apply the requirements of corporate social responsibility.

Our management system will be audited and evaluated on a regular basis to ensure that it is consistent with our CSR policy
